A job becomes confirmed only after Haul Yeah accepts the request and the customer agrees to the applicable quote, payment requirements, scheduling details, and service terms. Job-specific terms provided in an estimate, invoice, work order, or service agreement will control if they conflict with these website Terms and Conditions.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

• Providing complete and accurate information about the requested service.

• Identifying heavy, oversized, hazardous, fragile, restricted, or unusually valuable items in advance.

• Ensuring Haul Yeah has safe and lawful access to the pickup and delivery locations.

• Securing any necessary permissions from property owners, landlords, homeowners’ associations, or other responsible parties.

• Removing personal belongings, valuables, confidential materials, and items not intended for removal.

• Disclosing conditions that could affect safety, equipment, property, or job completion.

The customer represents that they own the items involved or have authorization to move, transport, or dispose of them.

5. Restricted and Prohibited Items

Haul Yeah may refuse any item or material that is unsafe, unlawful, undisclosed, improperly packaged, beyond equipment limits, or unsuitable for transport or disposal.

Restricted items may include hazardous chemicals, explosives, fuels, asbestos-containing materials, medical waste, biohazards, firearms, ammunition, illegal substances, pressurized containers, and other regulated materials. Acceptance of any restricted material must be approved in writing before the job begins.

6. Scheduling and Availability

Scheduling is subject to availability and may be affected by weather, traffic, equipment conditions, disposal-facility operations, unsafe site conditions, emergencies, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Arrival times and completion times are estimates unless expressly confirmed otherwise. Applicable cancellation, rescheduling, deposit, and no-access fees will be disclosed in the customer’s quote or service agreement.

7. Payments and Additional Charges

Prices, deposits, payment deadlines, accepted payment methods, and applicable fees will be stated in the customer’s quote, invoice, or service agreement.

Additional charges may apply when the job differs materially from the original description, including added items, excess weight or volume, extended labor, difficult access, additional mileage, wait time, special handling, disposal fees, or unsuccessful pickup or delivery attempts. Additional work and charges will be communicated to the customer when reasonably possible before proceeding.

8. Property Access and Damage

Customers must disclose narrow entrances, weak or damaged surfaces, underground systems, low clearances, restricted access, and other conditions that could reasonably affect the work.

Haul Yeah is not responsible for preexisting damage, normal wear, concealed defects, improperly assembled items, customer packing, inaccurate measurements, or damage caused by conditions outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes responsibility that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

When you provide contact information, you authorize Haul Yeah to respond regarding your inquiry, quote, appointment, or service. Message and data rates may apply to text communications.
